What currency are prices in?
All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD), wherever you shop from. Your bank may convert to your local currency at their rate.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal. Payments are processed on secure, PCI-compliant infrastructure — we never see or store your full card details. Your statement will show the charge as “SOUTHTABLE”.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll change or cancel it and refund you in full. Once shipped, our return policy applies.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, priced in USD. International delivery typically takes 7–18 business days depending on destination and customs. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility.
How are fragile ceramics protected?
Ceramics and glass are double-boxed and shipped on a fragile-rated, insured service. If anything arrives broken, we replace it free.
When will my order arrive?
Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. U.S. standard delivery is 3–6 business days; you'll get tracking by email. See our Shipping policy for full details.
Food safety & care
Is your tableware food-safe?
Yes. All food-contact pieces are tested to U.S. FDA and California Prop 65 lead & cadmium limits. A few purely decorative items (centerpieces, napkin rings) are clearly labelled as not for food contact.
Are pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most stoneware is both dishwasher and microwave safe. Glassware is top-rack dishwasher safe but not microwave safe; flatware and wooden pieces should be hand-washed. Each product page lists exact care for that set.
Are the glazes lead-free?
Our glazes are formulated and tested to stay within FDA and Prop 65 extractable lead and cadmium limits for food-contact ware. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
Returns & wholesale
What's your return policy?
Unopened, unused sets can be returned within 14 days for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened food-contact items can't be returned. Broken-in-transit items are always replaced free. See Returns & Refunds for the full policy.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes — for restaurants, hotels, B&Bs, caterers and event planners. Use our wholesale enquiry form and our team will reply with volume pricing and lead times.
